ISIS Speaks
"In the last few weeks the vibration was greatly increased on the earth. This light is used by the spirit world, to cleanse and heal. The Archangels have their hands full. Clean the emotional and mental level on Earth.
In recent days, you can probably remember more, that your mental and emotional body to be cleaned.
much happens overnight while you sleep. So it can happen that you awaken in the morning with a deep sense of happiness - with the feeling that everything is in order. The body feels good and the flow of thought is peaceful and collected. Yes, with a sense of enlightenment!
But it can also be very chaotic feel. Awakening in the middle of the night, find themselves in chaos and the fog of emotions and thought patterns again. Not infrequently, these two alternate states.
Many of you souls are now in transition. Many of you have resolved old structures and the new is not quite there. This, and the great light is flooded with the Mother Earth, causes fear and uncertainty.

This can cause a moment enormous happiness, through the liberation of the deposits, it can thus feel as if you were any conditionings removed - or lifted from all conditionings been ... and the next moment. You find yourself back in your deepest well-known patterns.
It is an up and down the feelings and thoughts! This is actually quite nice to look at from our perspective, it paints a lot of sparkle to your body and sometimes it looks like hurricane. Only we know it is not quite as pleasant for you, you who are in the midst!
My friends, we are of the spirit world, but when you like at your processes and help as best we can. We will provide our forces are available - each of us in his strength.

If you need one of these properties, so just think of its name. So you draw the respective vibration to Thee
A very efficient tool is your breath. Awareness of breathing helps you to be centered:
Take yourself a moment to realize and an exhale.
inhalation Count slowly to four. Holding a brief moment and exhale slowly counting to four.
Perform this simple breathing a few times until the rhythm is constant. Think then the sentence: "I take back my love full power."
This little exercise is very helpful to find your center. withdraw your energy from the topic and look at the events from a distance.
Make Your thoughts with you what they want? Have you not under control? If you are staying in the maelstrom of thoughts? This is External power. External power is when you determine a theme. If you're not the master of your thoughts. If you're not in the present.
Your breath helps you out again engage in the moment. Concentrate. Go to your breath and let me deeply. Your breath leads you into the here and now. Immerse yourself in your presence - dive into it!
